Whappz Community Guidelines

Welcome to the Community

Whappz was created primarily with one simple mission: to facilitate connections between men both for spanking hookups but more broadly to reduce the isolation and loneliness many experience within the spanking community. Whappz aims to operate as a safe space where you can be yourself, find your community, and build meaningful and sustainable connections.

To keep Whappz safe, inclusive, and resourceful for everyone, we've established these guidelines. Unlike a lot of apps, these rules aren't just "fine print," but are the standards we use to moderate the site and keep the community engaged and healthy. While we strive for equality and fairness, Whappz remains the final authority on how these rules are applied, and we may update them as the community develops.

Member Requirements

To keep our community safe and authentic, all members must met the following requirements

• BE HUMAN: Whappz was created for authentic connection among real humans. No bots or automated accouts are allowed.
• BE AN ADULT (OVER 18): You MUST be at least 18 years old to use Whappz. We have ZERO TOLERANCE for underage use. Depending on your location, we may require age verification to keep the platform compliant and safe.
• PRIORITIZE CONSENT: Every interaction on Whappz MUST be CONSENSUAL. Using the platform in any way to exploit others or facilitate human trafficking is strictly forbidden.
• PROFILE LIMITS: You may have up to TWO (2) profiles. This is not an invitation to "create" a separate personality but rather to maintain separate "Dom/Sub" roles or different geographic locations. Using secondary profiles to misrepresent yourself or bypass a block is a violation of our rules.
• SECURE YOUR ACCOUNT: Users are 100% responsible for login info. Be sure to keep your password private to protect your data and the community.

Profile Photo Policy

Photographs help our community feel authentic and vibrant. But photographs also need to fall under certain guidelines in order to keep Whappz eligible for major app stores, and to support credit card payments for premium subscriptions. To maintain a high standard for our public spaces, we have a few requirements.

The Basics: A user needs at least one approved profile photo to use the service. Free users can upload up to 4 profile photos, while Premium users can have up to 8.

Certification: By uploading a photo, you're confirming: 1) the photo is actually of YOU; b) you have the full rights to use it, and c) Anyone else in the photograph has given you express permission to post it.

Approval Criteria: Every photograph uploaded to Whappz is reviewed for safety reasons. To be approved a photo:

• MUST NOT show minors (under 18), including illustrations or drawings of minors.
• MUST NOT contain nudity of any kind (front or back)
• MUST NOT be sexually suggestive, including active kink/fetish play, sexual positions, close-ups or outlines of genitals/butt (even through clothes) or sexual objects

An approved photo might contain:

• Kink gear, such as you holding a spanking implement or wearing gear as long as you're not currently using it or about to use it in the photo.
• A substantial view of you or a clear relation to your interest in spanking.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Profile photo rules are subject to change. We reserve the right to "grandfather in" older photos at our discretion, but all new uploads must meet current requirements. If a photo is not approved for your public profile, we reserve the right to automatically move it to a private album if you have space; otherwise, it will be deleted.

AI-Generated Content & Authenticity

Whappz was created as a space for connection among humans. While we embrace new technology, we believe that the foundation of our community is authentic human interaction. To ensure everyone feels safe and certain about who they are talking to, we’ve set the following standards for AI:

• Enhancement vs. Deception: users may use AI tools for artistic embellishments— stylized "avatars," creative filters, or editing imperfections in your photos. However, you may not use AI to create a persona that is blatantly and completely "fake" or to mislead others about your fundamental physical appearance or identity.
• A "Human-First" Standard: Your primary profile photo must be a recognizable, authentic image of you. AI-generated images that portray a person who does not exist (fictional humans) or "deepfakes" that manipulate the likeness of others are strictly prohibited.
• Transparent Interactions: Using AI to automate your interactions (such as using bots to send messages or "chat" on your behalf) is not allowed. We want our members to know that when they receive a message, there is a real person behind the words.
• Manipulation & Harm: Using generative AI to create non-consensual imagery, imagery involving minors (fictional or real), deceptive "catfishing" profiles, or to circumvent safety blocks will result in an immediate and permanent ban.

Safety Recommendations

Safety is a priority for us here at Whappz, but being safe requires your active participation:

• Protect Your Privacy: Don't give personal contact info to strangers; do not let users pressure you into revealing information you're not comfortable sharing.
• Meeting in Person: If you decide to meet someone, verify their age first. Always meet in a public place, tell a friend where you're going, and let them know when you're home safe.
• Take Control: If someone is making you uncomfortable, use the BLOCK tool. This tool deletes your entire conversation history and prevents them from seeing your profile.
• Screenshots: Please remember, we cannot prevent others from taking screenshots or saving photos you share. Be mindful of what you post and who you trust.
• Community Verification: Our "Met In Person" tool is community-driven. While helpful, it is by no means a formal background check or a guarantee of safety.
• Possible Misrepresentations: If you suspect a user of misrepresenting themselves, please use the REPORT tool to help us investigate and remove them from the platform.
• Be Mindful of Your Use: Whappz does not have an "anonymous" mode for its users; to put it simply, if you are logged into the app, other users will be able to see your profile and that you are browsing online. Anyone who shares your device likewise might be able to determine you are a user of the service.
• Community Events: While we are happy to partner with and list community events on our service. We do not own or operate the events listed. To be clear, we do not offer any guarantees of the quality or safety of these events, or accuracy of the information they have provided us.

Prohibited Uses

In order to keep Whappz a positive and friendly environment, the following content and behaviors are prohibited:

• Red Line Content: We will immediately remove any text or images that a) includes or refers to anyone under the age of 18; b) is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory; c) promotes violence, rape, or any non-consensual activity; d) features drug/alcohol use, weapons, or restricted goods; e) contains racial slurs or extreme hate speech; f) shows blood, scat, bestiality, or other extreme material
• Human Trafficking & Exploitation: In order to prevent exploitation and human trafficking, accounts MUST ONLY BE USED by the person who registered them. ANY USE OF WHAPPZ to communicate for, exploit, or traffic others will result in a PERMANENT BAN. Providing false registration info or using someone else's identity is prohibited.
• Solicitation & Commercial Use: Whappz is for personal connections. Commercial advertising or solicitation of any kind is prohibited without written permission. In addition, escort services or sex work negotiations are strictly prohibited.
• Deceptive and Abusive Conduct: To put it simply, don't be a jerk. Bullying, stalking, harassing and threatening other members is not tolerated. In addition, be real. Do not impersonate other individuals, users, staff, or companies. Don't knowingly mislead people about who you are or recreate accounts to harass someone who has blocked you in the past.
• Spam and Phishing: Do not send "junk" messages such as advertisements, charity requests, or any other kind of repetitive "low quality" spam. Do not attempt to trick, "catfish," or exploit users by tricking them into revealing sensitive information or requesting money/financial help.

Reporting and Content Removal

Report a User: If you see anyone breaking these rules, please use the REPORT tool on their profile. This is the fastest way to get our team's eyes on the issue and resolve it quickly.

Take-Down Requests: If your own content is appearing anywhere on Whappz without your permission, please refer to our DMCA Policy

Enforcement and Appeals

Keeping the Community Healthy: Our goal is never to "police" our members, but to protect the space we've built together. When someone ignores or violates these guidelines, it affects everyone's experience.

Account Actions: Most minor issues (like an ineligible profile photo) are handled with a simple request to update your profile, or a migration of the photo to a private album. Repeated issues or serious safety violations might lead to account suspension or a permanent ban.

Zero Tolerance: To be clear, Whappz administration has NO TOLERANCE for any activity involving minors or the depiction of minors, non-consensual behavior, or illegal solicitation. These behaviors will result in an IMMEDIATE AND PERMANENT ban of the profile from our platform.

Mistakes: Hey, we all know mistakes happen. If you think we got something wrong, we want to hear from you. Send an email to our team ([email protected]), so we can take another look. We're human, too, and we are all too happy to review cases where they may have been a misunderstanding.
